For the last 17 years, the All-in for ALS poker fundraiser has raised over $2.5M for the fight against ALS! This year, ALS Texas went virtual with Faded Spade and held a charity poker tournament for the ages!

Not only did all donors/players go All-in for ALS on the first hand, but the virtual charity poker event also featured a live stream show with hosts Tom Wheaton and Jamie Kerstetter. Plus, Chris Moneymaker joined the program as a surprise guest to lend his support and provide a fun segment for players and viewers!

A Faded Spade virtual poker record, there were almost 200 combined rebuys and add-ons during All-in for ALS! While there is no cure today, these donations help fund critical local programs, advocacy and research and show Texans with ALS they are not alone in their fight with this disease.

This tournament was started 17 years ago in honor of Stu Nichols, and in an amazing outcome, his son Andrew Nichols won this year’s virtual charity poker tournament in impressive fashion!

Faded Spade is the the leader for non-profit virtual poker fundraising events and provides a fun, safe, and white label branded way to play poker for philanthropy. Since May, Faded Spade has helped more than 70 charitable organizations fundraise more than $2M through virtual charity poker events.

St. Jude, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Boys and Girls Clubs, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Jason Taylor Foundation, Breast Cancer Alliance, Miracle Flights, Joe Namath Foundation and Ed Asner Family Center are just a few non-profits that held virtual charity poker fundraising tournaments with Faded Spade this year.
